William "Bill" V. Picard

William V. "Bill" Picard, age 85, of Bethel Park, peacefully on February 14, 2018, a loving husband and father was called to be with the Lord. He will truly and sadly be missed by the love of his life, he found 65 years ago, Alice "Sue", Picard. Bill was dedicated and loving to his children Ken & Linda Picard, Sandy (Picard) Ruffing and Dave & Chris Picard. His special way with his grandchildren, Jen (Picard) & Ben Kimmel, Ken Jr. & Michelle Picard, Brian & Beth Picard, Emily (Picard) & Greg Nardine, Melody Picard and Rege Lane, Cassie & Alex Skinkis and the late Tim Picard, his special hugs and kisses to great-grandchildren Abbi, Anni, Addi, Kate & Krissi Kimmel, Delaney & Baby Nardine, Ava Impell, Wade Picard and Cameron Picard, surviving sisters Betty Schultz & Helen Treylinek, brother Jim Picard and many brothers and sisters who this Lord has previously called home. Bill was a dedicated and skilled mechanic for Otis Elevator for many years. He was a true family man in every sense of the word. His Life was his wife Sue whom he loved and cherished. His love and commitment to Sue, his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all who loved him will always and forever be a part of us.
