The Family would like any donations to be made to help advance research for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis at UPMC, specifically into Dr. McDyer's research program. This program studies patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and short-telomere syndrome. This will hopefully make a big impact on the care of future patients as this research program relies on philanthropic gifts to fuel their work.
