Anthony M. Hlister

Anthony M. Hlister, of Bethel Park, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, age 88, beloved husband for 32 years of Judith (Seigel) Hlister, loving father of Sandy Hasset (Joe), Amy Shick (Scott), Gary Hlister, loving stepfather to Judith Kropfl (Jeff) and Jamie Minick (Steven), brother of Bernard (Susan) and the late Eugene, and grandfather of Kevin, Mark, Daniel, Emily, Benjamin and Anna. Tony was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. He followed in his father's footsteps in the Bread Business. Tony was proud of his Slovak heritage. He worked many years in the automotive retail business and was an usher/ticket taker for the Pirates, Steelers and Penguins. Visitation Thursday 4-8 p.m. at the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (RT 88), Library, where a blessing service will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. Burial with Full Military Honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
