Anthony Patrick Rota

Anthony Patrick Rota, 79, peacefully departed this earthly realm on Friday October 18, 2024 at his home in Finleyville. He was born October 28, 1944 in Hays, PA, son of the late Nicholas and Rose (Bonacci) Rota. Anthony proudly served as a US Marine and worked as an officer for Washington County Police. He owned a small auto parts business before becoming a farm manager. He loved all animals, especially his dogs Annie and Gretchen and cats Spanky and George. He was preceded in death by his sister, Geraldine “Gerry” R. Reed. He is survived by his daughter, Gayle L. Vos. Anthony was a loving, generous man and he will be dearly missed by his family and friends. To celebrate the life and memory of Anthony there will be a small gathering at the Jugo-Slav Club located at 5225 N.
