Arthur R. Seng, Jr.

Arthur R. Seng, Jr., passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 7, 2026, age 74, beloved husband for 18 years of Charlotte M. Seng, husband of the late Nancy Seng, father of Melissa Dippold (Matthew), Arthur (Kelly), Colleen Kazee (Greg) and Thomas Weber, brother of the late Thomas Seng, Kenneth Seng and Denise Seng, grandfather of Jackson, Cameron, Tessa, Gavin, Brody, Gregory and Alex. Art was a Sergeant in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He loved to golf, dance and enjoyed the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins. Art played poker in the Wednesday card club and loved all types of cars. He enriched the lives of all who knew him. Visitation Tuesday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (RT 88), Library, PA.
