Horst H. Riddler

Horst H. Riddler, of Bethel Park, passed away Monday, September 22, 2025, age 89, beloved husband for 65 years of Doris (Bracker), loving father of Christine E. Buckley and Kurt D. Riddler (Heather), brother of Artur Riddler and Pop-pop of Tyler D. Riddler. Horst immigrated to the United States with the help of an uncle in 1953. He went to school at West Penn Tech where he studied engineering and worked at APT Technical Services. Horst was a member of Mt. Lebanon Christian Church and Brightwood Christian Church. He enjoyed music and played the upright bass. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (RT 88), Library, where a Funeral Service will be Friday at 11:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to University of Pgh Cancer Research, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, 5115 Centre Ave., Pgh., PA 15232 and Wounded Warriors at www.woundedwarriorproject.com, Light of Life Missions at www.lightoflife.org.  www.davidhenneyfuneralhome.com.
