Joan C. Foster, of Monongahela, formerly of Bethel Park, died peacefully at home, on Sunday, May 18, 2025, age 88, beloved wife of the late James R. Foster, loving mother of James R. Foster Jr., Jeffrey V. Foster, Scott A. Foster and the late Jessica W. Muse, sister of John Burke and the late Janice Wagner, also 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
