Joseph J. Mullen, of Glenshaw, formerly of Bethel Park, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026, age 89, beloved husband for 66 years of Patricia (Ryan) Mullen, loving father of Kathy Mullen (Kevin), Sharon Spencer (Greg), Maureen Dang, Mike Mullen (Tracie) and Tim Mullen (Jen), son of the late Joseph and Margaret Mullen, brother of Eileen Mullen and the late Margaret Fitzsimmons, also 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Joe was in the US Army for 2 years and he spent 4 years in the Army reserves. He was a draftsman and estimator for both Koppers and Orbital Engineering. Joe was a long time member of St. Valentine Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister and volunteered at the fish fry and also was a member of the St. Valentine Men's Club. He was a pack leader for Cub Scout Pack #225. Visitation Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 2 - 5 p.m. at the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (RT 88), Library. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, June 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Valentine Church (Our Lady of Hope Parish), Bethel Park.
