Joseph J. Ranallo, of Washington, PA, passed away peacefully at home, on Thursday, February 5, 2026, age 87, Beloved husband for 60 years of Noreen M. Ranallo, loving father of James (Sheri) and Tracy Smith (Glenn), brother of the late Rita Balaz, brother-in-law of George Balaz and grandfather of Emma Smith and Caden Smith. Joe worked for Bloom Engineering for 38 years. "Pappy Joe" enjoyed being and grandfather and supporting the kids activities. He enjoyed golfing with "The Legions" and adored and loved nothing more than being with his wife.
