Julia Ann Thomas (Ramsey), of Library, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, age 85, wife of the late WIlliam Howard Thomas, loving mother of William (Judith), Dorothy Costaldo (Luigi), Julia Hoyt (Eddie), Richard, Lucinda Wolfe (the late Phil), Teresa Hess (Eric), Barbara Solomon (Glenn), Sherry Wrubel (Dave) and the late Ricky, sister of Ronald Ramsey, 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and also many nieces and nephews.Visitation Friday, December 27, 2024 from 6-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
