Lisa Ann (Kerr) Will, of Bethel Park and Delaware, OH, peacefully at home on Sunday, December 12, 2021, age 63, survived by husband, Richard Will and daughter Emma Kathleen Will, father, Ronald Kerr (the late Jacqueline Kerr) of McMurray, PA, brother Jeffrey (Judy) Kerr of Finleyville, PA and brother Bradley (Melissa) Kerr of McMurray, PA., Uncle Larry (Sandee) Core of Peoria, AZ, and many nephews and nieces spread across the country.
Lisa was born and raised in the McMurray area where she attended local schools and graduated from Peter’s Twp High School in 1975. She worked in various medical positions including several private practices and Central Blood Bank in Pittsburgh.
Once married, Lisa moved to Delaware, OH where she worked on the staff of Marion Correctional Institution and eventually establishing her own medical transcription services. When her daughter was younger, she helped chaperone a children’s play group and loved volunteering at Conger Elementary as a teacher’s aide. Always making friends and influencing inmates, parents, children and staff with her kindness and genuine interest in each individual.
Lisa belonged to "Because He Lives" bible study group. Lisa left us, peacefully, in her sleep. Before she slept, she asked us to remember to treat each other with kindness. She asked us to tell everyone that she loves them and during our planning for this day, she asked that no services be held. Rather, remember her bad jokes and puns, laughter, poems, different perspectives, smiles, and a true interest in each of you. And remember to treat each other with kindness. XOXO
In lieu of flowers, Lisa asked for donations be made to your local food bank. Arrangements handled privately by the David J. Henney Funeral Home, Library, PA. www.davidhenneyfuneralhome.com
