Mary F. (Silvestri) DeMare

Mary F. DeMare, of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, age 97, beloved wife of the late Angelo DeMare, loving mother of Michele Jordan (Michael), Paul DeMare (Beth Thornton) and Philip (Anna McCullough) , sister of the late Frank Silvestri, Alberta Spelar (Michael), Helen Silvestri, and Mary Silvestri, grandmom of Teresa and Dalton, great grandmom of Portia and Mikey, also several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mary was a long-time member of St. Valentine Christian's Mothers, Bethel Woman's Club and Italian Sons and Daughters of America. She organized St. Valentine's School Library. Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (RT 88), Library, where a blessing service will be Monday at 11:00.
