Mary Lou Enrietto (Coffman), 90, of Venetia, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023, under the care of Country Meadows Retirement Communities in Bridgeville.
She was born May 27, 1932, in LaSalle, Ill., to John Leslie and Mildred Vohs.
Mary Lou worked in real estate for a few companies for more than 50 years, first as a sales agent and eventually an office manager with Northwood for many years, running offices in Pleasant Hills and Peters Township. She worked well into her 80’s and served as a consultant before her retirement.
She worked hard and played hard, enjoying her time with family and business associates on cruises and at conventions, along with family vacations. Her most enjoyable time was spent hosting family gatherings on Sundays and holidays. Bowling, bingo and playing cards were among her favorite activities.
Mary Lou’s generosity and giving nature was most evident at Christmas time, as gifts she purchased would annually extend far out from the tree.
Mary Lou had four children: daughter Cathy Boyle (former husband Ken), sons Louis “Butch” (Maria) Enrietto, John (Darlene) Enrietto and Joseph (Kathy) Enrietto.
She is also survived by grandchildren Eric (Brittany) Boyle, Michael Boyle, Kristi (Shane) Barzanty, Nathaniel Enrietto and Marissa (Nick) Morena.
She was also beloved “Gigi” to great-grandchildren Grant and Henry Boyle, Natalie and Maggie Barzanty, and Milana Morena.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Charles Vohs and James Vohs.
Mary Lou enjoyed all of her family members’ dogs and cats and was particularly fond of her cat, Archie.
She will be remembered for the welcoming nature of her home and her forever willingness to help family, friends and co-workers in all facets of life.
