Michelle P. Sebolt (Mosur), of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2026, age 65, beloved wife for 37 years of Kevin Sebolt.
Michelle was born on August 21, 1961 to Michael and Pauline (Siniowski) Mosur. She was their only child. She grew up on California Avenue in the North Side. She graduated from St. Francis grade school in 1976 then Mount Assisi Academy in 1979. She then attended Robert Morris College (RMC) and earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting. While attending RMC, she was the treasurer for a business club called Phi Beta Lambda. During her tenure as Treasurer, she made a lot of friends and have continued their friendship to this day. It was also in this club where she met her future husband Kevin Sebolt. Kevin had a hard time getting her attention so he would always pay his dues late so she would have to call him to remind him of his financial duty. Kevin finally wore her down and after dating a few years, they were married October 15, 1988 at St. George's Ukranian Catholic Church on the North Side. Kevin and Michelle lived in Bethel Park their entire marriage and were parishioners at St. Valentine which later became Our Lady of Hope. They both joined the Homebound ministry to distribute communion to those that could not come to church. Because Kevin was an avid tennis player, Michelle decided to take tennis lessons so they could spend more time together. She got good enough to play on different women's tennis leagues where she met many new friends.
After graduating college, Michelle worked in various financial institutions such as PNC, Mellon Bank, Federated Investors as well as a few smaller firms.
Michelle was very artistic since she was a child. She was also very proficient in calligraphy. Whenever she sent a birthday card to a friend or family member, they didn't even need to look at the return address to know who the card was from.
Kevin and Michelle enjoyed biking together on the local trails. They enjoyed the Pittsburgh Trails, Montour Trails and a few times a year they would go to Presque Isle.
She enjoyed family and would always host Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners as well as an extended family Christmas party every year.
Michelle had a devotion to her faith that kept her fighting through her battle with cancer. One of her favorite expressions she would tell people is "If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans". She will be deeply missed.
