Niki A. Hatzidakis, a lifelong Pittsburgh resident, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, age 74, with her beloved twin sister, Vassilia, by her side.
Miss Hatzidakis was born May 3, 1948 to the late Peter and Maria Hatzidakis. Niki is survived by her twin sister, Vassilia (Harry) Bouzas, her nephew Dino (Rita) Bouzas and niece Maria (John) Bouzos-Reilly, along with her six great nieces and great nephews.
Niki's laughter was contagious and had the power to brighten the mood in any room. Even when faced with her own struggles. Niki never hesitated to help someone in need. A jokester at heart, she made sure to brighten your day with her witty humor and charm. An avid reader, she loved sharing her vast knowledge with friends and family and especially her great-nieces and nephews. Her absence will be felt and missed by those who were blessed to know her.
Niki will be laid to rest on Friday, October 7. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church in Mt. Lebanon. The burial will take place immediately after the service at Grandview Cemetery, 1301 Lincoln Highway, Route 30, N. Versailles. Arrangements handled by David J.
