Peggy M. Higgins (Manuel), of Bethel Park, on Monday, February 16, 2026, age 90, beloved wife for nearly 61 years of Patrick J. Higgins Sr., loving mother of Patrick & Cindy Higgins, Laura Higgins, Elaine & Dan Malarkey, Lynne & Brady Hood, Maureen & Glenn Gruber, Neil & Joell Higgins, Christine & Todd Murphy, sister of the late Barbara Gerhart, and sister-in-law of William Gerhart, Sr. Catherine Higgins and Patricia (Higgins) Wood, also 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Peggy was a member of Christian Mothers of St. Valentine Church, a past girl scout leader and an avid gardener and a seamstress. Visitation Sunday 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (RT 88), Library. Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Valentine Church (Our Lady of Hope Parish).
