On Friday, May 19th 2023, Raymond Kirich passed peacefully at his home in Bethel Park, where he and his beloved wife Patty Lou (Eagan) were known for hosting epic pool parties. Ray was the loving father of Donnie House and his wife Mary, Chris Kirich and his wife Melinda, and the late Debbie House. Brother of Robert Kirich (late Harriet) and the late Emery Kirich (late Jacqueline). Also survived by seven grandchildren Kristen (Allen), Dawni (Bryan), Danny (Trista), Lauren, Kobie, Austin, Harley, and the late Keith and Lisa. Ray’s favorite role was being Pap to his four great grandsons Allen, Owen, Oliver, and Jack.
Ray was a proud 50 year member of Ironworkers Local #3 and created many lifelong relationships with his union brothers. Ray was instrumental in creating the beautiful Pittsburgh skyline, working on many of the buildings and bridges over his career. In his retirement he had a new found love of collecting antiques which led him to opening his business, First and Second Time Around Antiques in Finleyville.
Ray was very dedicated to his country and his community through his service as a Bethel Park councilman, Kiwanas Club member and a 32nd Degree Mason. This passion also included various charitable causes and community organizations.
Rays good looks and fun loving personality will make him hard to forget.
Visitation 2pm-8pm Sunday at David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Rd. (Route 88), Library, where funeral service will be held on Monday, 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to South Hills Pet Rescue and Resort, 15 Old Route 88, South Park, PA 15129
