Robert C. Galambas

Robert C. Galambas of Langhorne, PA, formerly of Bethel Park, PA, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2026, at the age of 89.  Beloved husband of 64 years of Sandra (Devey), loving father to Diana Hastings, and the late Natalie Baker.  Brother of James (Sandy) Galambas and Edwin "Pete" (Sally) Galambas.  Grandfather to Katheryn and Patrick Hastings.  Bob graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975.  He was a Project Engineer at various firms in Pittsburgh, PA.  Bob was a 68 year member of the Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company.  He served in the United States Air Force.  Bob was also a volunteer fireman with the Bexar County Fire Department in San Antonio Texas while in the military.  He enjoyed his 1954 antique fire truck where he would take it to various parades and events in the community.  Bob enjoyed his time with family and was always using his engineering skills to help the family by planning and building various things and helping with all the projects.
