Russell A. Luck, Jr.

On Thursday, July 7, 2022, Russell Luck, Jr., 52, of Dormont, passed away quietly in his home after a Bible study where he reaffirmed his love for Jesus Christ through sharing his testimony.  Russ was born September 19, 1969, in Warren, Ohio to Russell and Jean Luck.  His family later moved to Dormont where he took advantage of childhood to the fullest, often exploring the limits of gravity along the way.  He held many different careers during his life, but his favorites were always ones that involved helping people.  Although Russ was not a man of many words, he was known for his quick wit and vast knowledge.  His dog Angel was his best friend and they adventured many miles together every day throughout the streets of Dormont.  He may have preferred animals to people, but there was no denying the love that he had for his loved ones.  Russell is survived by his parents Russ and Jean Luck; his wife and best friend of 19 years Tina Luck; his stepchildren who he loved like his own, Christine (Everett) Manns, Brandon Rauch, and Danielle Rauch; his siblings Andrea (Ray) Wesolowski and Christopher Luck; and sister-in-law Lisa (Chip) Steeb; along with many nieces, nephews and other relatives that he loved dearly.  Visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 6-9pm at the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Rd.
