Sandra L. (Picard) Ruffing

Sandra Lee (Picard) Ruffing was called to be with The Lord on August 24,2025. She is now in God’s hands and  alongside her parents William (Bill) and Alice (Sue) Picard in heaven.

She is survived by her daughter Cassandra Skinkis and son Alex Skinkis along with her precious granddaughters Ava and Paisley also her two brothers Kenneth (Linda) Picard and David (Christine) Picard and many nieces, nephews and cousins that loved her. Sandy’s life was all about family. We will miss her fun loving personality and laughter.  May she rest in the peace and the comfort of Our Lord.
