Shamala L. Davis

Shamala L. Davis, of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at the age of 54.

Shamala was the beloved wife of Charles W. Davis, with whom she shared 28 years of marriage. She was a devoted and loving mother to Rohan Young (Kiana), Charles Davis, Jr. (Maria), Jaden Davis (David), Shawn Davis and Maniah Davis. She was also a cherished sister to Shawn Richardson (Sharon), Marlon Richardson (Richard) and Rommie Brown (Michea).

Shamala was the proud owner and founder of Vision of Love Home Care, a company she built with compassion, dedication, and a genuine desire to care for and serve others. Her commitment to helping those in need was a reflection of the love and kindness she carried throughout her life.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses, caregivers, and medical staff at UPMC Presbyterian for the compassionate care, comfort and support they provided to Shamala and her family during her final days.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon and from 4 - 6 p.m. at the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (RT 88), Library, PA.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, Bethel Park. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Burial will immediately follow at Bethel Cemetery.

Shamala will be deeply missed by her husband, children, siblings, extended family, friends and the many lives she touched through her work and her love. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
