William J. "Ally" Allsopp

William J. Allsopp, "Ally", of N. Strabane Twp., formerly of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family, on Monday, January 9, 2023, age 79, beloved husband for 55 years of Ann (Roach) Allsopp, loving father of Brian (Sherri), Jan Bails (JD), and Bill (Karena), brother of the late Richard and Thomas, brother-in-law of Wanda and Sheran, grandfather of Randon, Anily, Kendal, Abby, Bella, Liam and the late Eric, uncle of Shelley Bosanac and Kimberly Dolence, also several nieces and nephews. Ally was a 58 year member of the Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company. He volunteered for the Rev Up & Roll Car Cruise, and was a coach for Bethel Park Youth Hockey & Football and for St. Louise girls softball. Ally enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Carrick Sportsman's Club and Bethel Park Outdoorsmen Club. Visitation Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. at the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (RT 88), Library. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Louise de Marillac Church.
